All quotations issued by Wooden Mart Communication are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon written approval and, where applicable, receipt of an advance payment.
Production timelines are estimates based on the scope agreed at quotation stage. Delays caused by late artwork approval, material availability, or client-requested changes may affect delivery dates.
Standard terms require a deposit before production begins, with the balance due on or before delivery/install, unless a separate agreement is in place.
Designs created by Wooden Mart Communication remain our property until full payment is received, after which usage rights transfer as agreed in the project contract.
Wooden Mart Communication is not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
